What is rhodium-plated silver?
It's silver jewelry to which a thin layer of rhodium, a rare and noble metal in the platinum group, has been applied.
Here, Black Rhodium plating is made from a 0.2-micron sheet of rhodium applied to the silver base. It does not blacken or oxidize, is highly resistant and does not fade.
