These pins are ideal for creating jewelry in 14 K - 585 thousandths filled gold.
These jewelry primers will enable you to make charms, pendants, earrings or hang beads on a chain.
Please note: choose your jewelry pins according to your pearls. They must pass through without obstruction, and their ball head must stop the bead (and not pass through it!).
How to use jewelry pins
Thread a bead onto the nail and form a simple loop or pigtail ring using jeweler's pliers. All that's left to do is hang your creation on a jewelry primer or chain.

What is gold filled?
Gold filling is the treatment of a metal (often brass) using a mechanical process to apply a layer of gold alloy of varying titration. The weight of gold alloy corresponds to 1/20 of the total weight of the product, i.e. around 50 to 100 times more than in a gold-plated product.
For the more inquisitive, we explain the differences between gold-filled and gold-plated so you can choose the material that's right for you.
Much more resistant than conventional gold plating, a gold-filled product will oxidize much more slowly.
If you want to slow down the oxidation process even further, you should handle these components with gloves and avoid contact with perfumes, skin oils and lotions. You should also keep them in a dry, temperate place.
This product is coated with a flash of 14k gold to even out the color. The gold used in the manufacture of this product is recycled gold.
