Beads without holes - mini-balls in brass with gold finish.
These round beads without holes will enable you to make trendy costume jewelry. They give your creations a sparkling, luxurious, offbeat effect.
These little beads will customize your DIY jewelry with flair. Use them to embellish a colored acetate or mother-of-pearl component. Our tutorial on large earrings with small gold balls will inspire you.
Tip for use:
To glue these pearls, we recommend you make a pre-notch in your jewelry using a mandrel or dremel.
Resin is not a very hard material, so you could do this freehand with a ball cutter.
However, the mandrel will help you to achieve more precise pre-drilling with less pressure.
Your ball will then stay in place, making it easier to glue with jewelry glue.
You can also glue them onto your components to set a cabochon, as in this onyx and beads ring tutorial.
You can also cast them in resin to achieve sublime effects and create an original pendant. Take inspiration from this gold filled necklace with star inclusion tutorial.
