Glue the 29x23mm Malachite pear cabochon to the Lacy's Stiff Stuff with glue ( E6000 is good as it remains flexible enough to allow sewing).

Thanks to Mam'zelle Pacotille for this tuto ! NB: Please note that the list of products below is not entirely consistent with the presentation photo. For stock reasons, some products in this tutorial have been replaced by equivalents. Fabric Cement strong glue has been replaced by G-S Hypo Cement strong glue.

Glue the 29x23mm Malachite pear cabochon to the Lacy's Stiff Stuff with glue ( E6000 is good as it remains flexible enough to allow sewing).

Cut 4 braids of 18cm soutache (2 "Metallic Gold" and 2 "Green").
Using Fabric Cément glue, place small drops with the beak around the edge of the cabochon, at its base, close to Lacy's Stiff Stuff, and position a gold braid after folding it in 2: Begin application in the middle. Caution: Close the glue tube tightly, carefully replacing the needle each time you use it.

Thread a fine needle (12) with invisible sewing thread (or a similar shade to the soutache). In the photos, I'm using black thread to show the last action (but I sew transparent).
Stitch in Lacy's Stiff Stuff and exit in the middle of the soutache (in the hollow - the stitches will be almost invisible). Hold the soutache firmly with your fingernail at the point where the needle exits, as the metallic soutache is fragile.

Make a scroll: to do this, fold the 4 soutaches around a round 4mm Malachite bead, cross over.

Embellishments : Place 8 to 9 Miyuki 3.4mm mini-drops. Bring the needle out into the hollow of the golden soutache, thread a mini-drop through the 4 layers of soutache and then back up again, sticking out well at the foot of the previous drop (so that there is no gap between them).

Place a Miyuki Tila Beads 5mm Met Dark Bronze between the 2 "eyes". Fix by crossing the soutaches in place.

Perpendicular to the "Dark Emerald" soutache, right in the middle (i.e. under the middle Tila), sew a 5x16mm Gold Bronze dagger.

To hide the back of the cabochon, transfer the perimeter of the pendant to the reverse side of a piece of brown imitation leather.

This tutorial is perfectly feasible with PureCrystal pear cabochons:
