Multi thread bracelet with red seed beads

Cut 50 cm of thread and make a loose double knot 15 cm from the end. This double knot will be used to block the beads, but you will remove it later. There is also a tool that is used to temporarily block the wire: The bead stopper.

Thread 2 threads of delicas 11/0, 2 threads of rocailles 15/0, 2 threads of rocailles 11/0 and 1 thread of rocailles 8/0. You can make more or less strands as you like. Make the strands of beads the length of your wrist. They should all be the same size.

Untie the knots and gather the threads. Tie them together at 15 cm from the end.

Pack the beads on the threads against the first knot and tie a knot on the other side.

Tie a knot 7 cm from the first knot, on each side of the bracelet. Before tightening, make sure the bracelet fits easily on your wrist (not your hand) with this margin because we will make a slip knot. You can also braid the wire before making these knots, for a more finished result.

Tighten the knots by pulling on each thread.

Trim excess wire after the knots, 5 mm from the knot. Burn the ends of the wire with a lighter and extinguish the flame using the lighter. This will bind the yarn together and replace the glue. Cut a new 20 cm piece of wire. Tie it on the two crossed ends of the bracelet. The new piece of wire should be the same length on each side.

Make a sliding knot twisted over 1 cm. It's like the classic macramé overhand knot, but instead of alternating the direction of the two wires, you always use the same direction. Cut the wire at 5 mm from the knot and burn it.
