Discover or rediscover the beaded flower bracelet technique. This technique lets you create small 6-petal flowers with seed beads. For a change, we've also used this technique with Swarovski spinning tops or PureCrystal beads. This gives the bracelet a chic effect. You can wear this pearl and crystal bracelet on its own or stacked with other fine bracelets. Between the pretty hues of 3 mm crystal spinning tops and the shades of Miyuki 11/0 seed beads, you can combine colors endlessly and create your own style. Swarovski and PureCrystal spinning tops have beautiful reflections. Some are available with special finishes, such as AB, which gives the spinning tops a rainbow effect. In sunlight, the result is sublime.
This technique is accessible to beginners and will enable you to create a beaded bracelet in about 1 hour. No need for weaving needles; the 0.25 mm nylon thread used is stiff enough to be threaded through the beads without the aid of a needle. However, you will need pliers to open and close the clasp ring.
