How to make a daisy charm in rocks ?

Learn how to create small daisy charms with seed beads. In this tutorial we used Miyuki seed beads size 8/0, but you can also use smaller sizes or another brand of beads. The 8/0 is one of the largest bead sizes at Miyuki. Then, smaller, there are 10/0 and 11/0 seed beads. There are also boxes of irregularly shaped seed beads mix size 5/0. It is up to you to choose the beads that match the style you envision for your jewelry.

These small pearl flowers can be used as charms on a bracelet or as a pendant on a necklace. They can also be used as delicate and cute earrings. This tutorial shows you how to make seed beads, but also three possibilities of beaded flower jewelry with only a few products. For example, you can slip letter beads onto the rush to write a message or a name and give it as a gift.

Why not do this tutorial again with bright colors for summer too? The rocailles are much cheaper beads than the delicas. So this is the perfect project to get started with beads.

Tutorial steps

Step 1
Bracelet with pearl daisy charms : Step 1

Cut 10 cm of nylon thread. Thread 6 white 8/0 beads and a closed ring. Thread the thread through the first bead so that both ends of the thread cross over the bead. Tighten.

Step 2

Thread a golden bead that will be used to make the heart of the beaded flower. Place it in the center of the circle.

Step 3

Pass the thread through the white bead opposite the white bead from which the thread exits so that the gold bead is caught in the middle of the white bead circle.

Step 4

Pass the thread through the white beads to join the other end of the thread. Then make a double knot with the two strands that have joined. This will form the flower. Pass the two pieces of wire back through the beads to hide them and cut them. Put a dab of jewelry glue on the knot.

Step 5

The attached bracelet has a side that unscrews to thread large hole beads. To put on our daisies, we threaded closed rings on the rush, then, we connected the closed ring of the daisy to the closed ring of the bracelet with a twisted open ring. You can't put them together before because then the closed ring won't fit on the bracelet. You can also thread just the open ring with the daisy, but the daisies will be in profile and not in front.

String tube beads between each flower or string 1 flower, 1 tube, 1 flower, letter beads (be careful of direction), 1 flower, 1 tube, 1 flower.

Then screw on the end of the ring.

You can also attach the flower charms to earrings.
