Bonjour, pour ajouter un pendentif cœur irrégulier (SST-345), nous vous conseillons un anneau ouvert en acier inoxydable de 7 à 8 mm de diamètre avec un fil de 0.7 à 0.8 de diamètre (par exemple ACC-227).
