White ceramic powder for molding - Raysin 100 Basic.
This air-drying ceramic powder is odorless and neutral.
Easy to use, you can easily model your creations: use our wide range of molds to create figurines, decorative objects or jewelry. Latex, rubber and plastic molds are all suitable.
It's possible to paint your creation with DecoArt paint, but with a beautiful white finish, you can leave the object as is once it's finished.
The Raysin 200 powder can also be used to create a container for candles. You'll need to apply a protective varnish so that you can burn your candles without risk. Once dry, this varnish remains stable up to 60°C.

Preparation time: 10 min.
Drying time before demolding: 30 min.
Hardness level: 120 N/mm².
Use of ceramic powder :
- Stir the powder into the water for about 1 minute.
- Quickly and evenly pour the resulting mass into the mold.
- In the case of molds with a well-defined structure, use a soft brush to apply a small amount of mass to avoid the formation of air bubbles, then pour in the rest of the mass. Fasteners or other suspension systems can be pressed into the still-soft compound.
- The part can be removed from the mold about 30 minutes after casting.
- 2 to 8 days later, the casting can be finished (sanded, painted, varnished).
Please note, during the drying period the part should be kept in a cool, dry place.
Dosage :
For 1 volume of water, add 2.5 volumes of powder.
For example, for 160 ml of water, add 400 g of powder, making 300 ml of molding compound.
