What is detox cotton? Detox cotton is cotton free of toxic or harmful substances in the supply chain. The yarn is dyed without the use of carcinogenic or allergenic dyes, making it totally hypoallergenic, which is why it is certified with the DETOX TO ZERO by OEKO-TEX® label.
Combed cotton is passed through "combs" to remove impurities. This process removes up to 15% of the fibers, leaving only the longest and strongest.
As a result, the yarn is of good quality,stronger and softer to the touch, and its color remains brilliant longer.
This macramé rope is supple and pleasant to work with. After weaving, the work remains very soft.
