Bonjour, j'ai dû jeter la moitié des pinces reçues car impossible de rentrer la chaîne miyuki adaptée à l'intérieur, les pinces sont trop fermées, avez vous une solution ?

Bonjour, nous sommes navrés pour ce désagrément, nous avons informé le fournisseur que certaines pinces étaient trop fermées, il va faire attention dès la prochaine production. Nous avons testé de forcer légèrement avec la chaîne afin d'écarter la pince et c'est compatible. Merci d'envoyer votre réclamation avec photo à notre service client à l'adresse [email protected] afin qu'on puisse vous apporter une solution adaptée.

Est-ce qu'il est possible d'utiliser ces pinces sur un fil de soie 0,5 mm ? Ou est-ce que cela ne va pas bien tenir ? Merci d'avance.

Cela fait la 2eme fois que je reçois les mini pince lacet doré ouvert à l arrière donc inutilisable,
Par contre les argenté n'ont pas ce problème. Je vous ai envoyé un mail sans réponse de votre part

Attention, seulement la moitié des pinces rentrent sur le fil 0,6mm pour lesquelles elles sont prévues
