How do I shape my bracelet?
There are two techniques for shaping your bracelet:
- Use the ImpressArt kit, which will allow you to easily bend the brass base and shape it into a bracelet.
- Use the double-cylinder pliers. Just like with the ImpressArt tool, you’ll be able to create large curves without scratching or marking the surfaces.

How do you engrave with ImpressArt tools?
You’ll need:
- A hammer
- A stamp
- A striking block
- Your flat bracelet
1. Place your bracelet on the anvil.
2. Decide where you want to engrave. Use adhesive tape to “secure” your bracelet and to guide you while punching.
3. Position your punch vertically, then tap the punch with a hammer. A sharp, decisive tap will be enough to mark the metal.
4. Finish your engraving by applyingacrylic ink to darken your pattern. Remove any excess ink with a soft cloth.
And there you have it—it only takes a few minutes to create a beautiful engraved bracelet! With this easy-to-use technique, creating personalized jewelry with a name, date, texture, or pattern will be a breeze.
This metal engraving technique does require a little practice, though, so we recommend practicing on a scrap piece before you get started.
