Hold your engraving or crimping parts firmly with GRS Thermo-Loc sticks, which are easy to shape and reusable.
GRS Thermo-Loc sticks are a thermoplastic material ideal for immobilizing a workpiece during a precise operation: engraving, crimping, filing, drilling or localized polishing. Their advantage: they soften in the heat, can be shaped by hand, then harden as they cool to fit the shape of the object perfectly.
It's a non-toxic product, respectful of the environment and your health.
And last but not least, it's infinitely reusable.
How to use thermo-loc sticks?
1- Place thermo-loc sticks in a container of hot water to soften. Or place them in the microwave for ten seconds.
2 - Shape them by hand as if you were working with modeling clay.
3 - Place the part you wish to engrave or crimp in the thermo-loc. Once cooled, it becomes hard again and retains the shape you've given it.
4 - To remove the engraved part, soften the thermo-loc again by immersing it in a container of hot water.
