What is gold-filled?
This goldsmithing technique, which originated in the United States, consists of applying a gold finish to a base metal, usually brass.
The weight of gold corresponds to 1/20 of the total weight of the product, i.e. approximately 50 to 100 times more than in a gold-plated product.
For the more curious, we explain the differences between GoldFilled and gold-plated so that you can choose the material that suits you best.
The gold used in the manufacture of this product is recycled gold.
