Je réagis à votre réponse car je leur ai commandé la chaîne qui est bien du même format que la votre à savoir 29×21 mm à 2,50 € et non pas comme vous le , dites plus petite.....
Je suis sûre de moi parce que je l’ai reçu !!!!!!
J’ai demandé par mail si vous alliez en recevoir dans d’autres coloris, une de vos collègues m’a répondu : pas avant 6 mois ....vous confirmez ?

Nous sommes désolés, c'est ce qui était noté sur leur site.

En ce qui concerne les nouvelles chaînes, elles seront en ligne avant la fin de l'année. On peut espérer pour fin novembre.

Bonjour,
Je voulais commander cette chaine de 3 couleurs différentes ( blanc,grise et marron) mais le fait que vous imposez la quantité de 2 m’en empêche surtout que vous la vendez très chère....
Chez Perle corner ,elle est vendu 2,50 €.( mais ils n’ont pas ces couleurs).
Pourquoi imposer la quantité ?

Nous ne pouvons pas retirer le minimum de commande imposé, car notre marge reste faible sur ces produits. Nous rentrerons prochainement des chaines plastiques avec des prix plus intéressants et une gamme de couleurs plus variés.

La taille chez ce concurrent est plus petite. (16.5 mm x 23 mm)
