Bonjour,
J’ai commandé à plusieurs reprises ce produit que je pensais inaltérable, cependant au bout d’un certain temps je les retrouve ternies, comme rouillées alors qu’elles n’ont même jamais été portées...
C’est pas super attractif... une idée pour remédier à cela?

Vous importez les crochets de chine. Imposez vous le poinçon importateur dessus ? et sont ils testés pour le nikel ? Merci

Bonjour, en fait nous importons ces crochets d'oreilles en Argent 925 des USA mais ils sont fabriquées dans l'usine chinoise de notre fournisseur.

Non car il n'est pas possible de les poinconner sans les abimer.

Oui il respectent la législation europérenne REACH concernant la teneur ou la libération du Nikel du Plomb et du Cadmium.

Bonjour, je suis surprise de l'augmentation du prix de cet article en quelques mois. Acheté 30,50€ le 02/04/2019, il est maintenant à 36€.
C'est dommage car j'en ai été très satisfaite mais cette hausse me surprend.

Bonjour, effectivement, mais le cours de l'argent à augmenté de prés de 20% depuis quelques mois; ce qui a impacté nos prix d'achat. Sur certains articles nous avons été obligé de répercuter sur le prix de vente.

Bonjour, ces crochets sont trop fin pour être poinçonné. Il faudrait un marquage lazer mais tous les fabriquants ne le font pas, ce n'est pas obligatoire.

Pour la preuve en ce qui nous concerne notre facture fait foi et nous engage. C'est également le cas pour vous vis à vis de vos clients.
