What is Gold Filled?
Gold Filled is the process of mechanically applying a layer of gold alloy of varying titration to a metal (often brass). The weight of gold alloy corresponds to 1/20 of the total weight of the product.

Much more resistant than conventional gold plating, a Gold Filled product will oxidize much more slowly.
