The steel and wooden handlejewelry bocfil is the essential basic tool for creating DIY jewelry.
The bocfil is the jeweler's saw. It allows you to cut cleanly and precisely many metals such as silver, copper, brass or aluminum (don't forget to adapt the blade to the thickness of the plate you want to cut).
What's more? This jeweler's saw adjusts to the size of your blades thanks to the tightening wheel located in the sliding bar of the saw holder. Ideal for using the blade tips.
To change the blades, simply loosen the thumb screws located on the saw frame, insert the blades, then tighten.
Be careful to use the saw blade in the right direction: the teeth should be down.
A little tip: run your finger over the blade, if it catches it's not good, change direction!
You can coat the blade with beeswax to make it glide more easily and wear out less quickly.
