These earstuds are made of 925 silver (92.5% Silver) and have a black rhodium-plated finish.
What is rhodium-plated silver?
It is a silver jewel on which a thin layer of rhodium, a rare and noble metal from the platinum group, has been applied.
Here, the Black Rhodium plating is made from a 0.2 micron rhodium leaf applied to the silver base. It does not blacken, does not oxidise, is very resistant and does not fade.
Ideal for making DIY fancy earrings.
