Peut être que ne ne l’utilise pas comme il faut
mais aucun cordon ne glisse dans ce fermoir, avez vous des conseils à me donner ?

Bonjour, nous avons testé, vos références sont bien compatibles. Cependant, pour que le fermoir puisse glisser facilement, nous vous conseillons d'utiliser un cordon de 0,7 mm. Sur le cuir le fermoir aura plus de difficulter à coulisser.

Bonjour,
Merci pour votre réponse mais peut être que je me suis mal expliqué, j’ai réussi à faire passer un cordon mais il ne glisse pas une fois inséré alors que vous vendez ce produit comme fermoir coulissant
