Les créoles se déforment, elle sont trop fragiles pour un usage quotidien et l'argent s'oxyde a une vitesse anormale. Je suis très déçue de ce produit.

Bonjour,
Le diamètre du fil est de seulement 0.7 mm, il est donc normal qu'il soit assez souple. Il faut le manipuler avec précaution.
Concernant l'oxydation, pouvez-vous nous envoyer une photo afin de la transmettre au fabricant svp ? Il est recouvert d'un traitement anti-ternissement et devrait donc être plus résistant à l'oxydation qu'un produit en argent classique.

Très déçu de ce produit, elles e se déforment des la première utilisation et perdent donc leur forme ronde et deviennent impossible à refermer. Inutilisable donc même avec précaution. Après message au service client on me dit que c'est normal. Bref très déçue de ce produit mais aussi de perlesandco..
