What is vegetable tanning?
It's a natural method that uses tannic plants such as plants, fruit hulls, bark or berries. It's a more environmentally-friendly alternative for dyeing leather to more conventional tanning.
Double leather lace is a strip of leather glued and folded on itself, forming a connector on the back of the lace.
Leather is thus more flexible and easier to work with, it is also softer and the same color to the rest of lace!
