How do I shape my ring?
There are two techniques for shaping a solderless ring:
- Use a forging tool to easily bend the silver base into the shape of a ring.
- Use the pliers to bend the metal. As with the ImpressArt tool, you can create curves without scratching or marking surfaces.
You can texture the metal to give beautiful effects or create simple patterns on your blank.
Looking for a little color? Glue on a cabochon and you're done!
And don't forget to personalize your ring before bending it, using metal punches, the dremel engraver or the jewelry engraving pen.
