These 14K - 585 thousandths Gold filledknot covers are perfect for hiding knots or beads to be crushed and making pretty finishes on your DIY costume jewelry.
How to use a knot cover?
Easy to use, simply place the knot (or the beads to be crushed) in the domed part, then close your knot cover using nylon-tipped jewelry pliers to avoid marking the jewelry primer. Be careful not to reopen the knot cover once it's closed!
All that's left to do is to connect it to your clasp using the closed ring.
If you're using a cord, tie a knot and hold it in place with a little jewelry glue. If you're using wired cord, remember to choose the right beads to crush. Once crushed, they need to be larger than the hole in the knot cover to be perfectly held in place and not slip through.
After the theory, it's time to put it into practice!
