Puca®, the bead designer, has created a range of glass beads for you, as well as pretty round glass cabochons with flat bottoms.
They are widely used in the DIY world for the creation of DIY costume jewelry.
How do I glue a cabochon to a support?
Simply apply a dot of hasulith-type jewelry glue to a flat-bottomed cabochon support, and position your cabochon on it. Then leave to dry.
Puca offers a different way of gluing your cabochons: instead of using a setting, she glues them back to back, using a leather thread to bind them together.
How to use this cabochon by Puca?
Create a wide range of easy-to-make handmade jewelry items, such as rings, by simply gluing your cabochon onto a setting ring.
In the same spirit, make discreet earrings by gluing your cabochon onto earstuds.
Make a double-sided pendant using our tutorial as inspiration! All that's left to do is slip it onto the chain of your choice to create a trendy necklace.
