Glue the crystal cabochons in the bead slots. Put glue in the small holes with a toothpick. You can use tweezers to place the cabochons.

While the glue dries, fit the links together, matching the slots. Finish with a shiny gold link for the gold version and a silver link for the black version.

Connect the two end links with a ring. Add a second ring and then a welded ring.

Cut 30 cm of black wire. Tie a piece of wire to the soldered ring. Tie a tight double knot. Cut the smallest piece of wire 2 mm from the knot. Burn the wire end with a lighter so that it melts and sticks to the knot. Apply a generous amount of glue to the knot. Thread the gold or silver bead, the black or beige bead and then the second metal bead.

Fold the wire in half and tie the wire near the last bead with a simple knot. Adjust the length. The chain should be able to pass through the loop, but it shouldn't be too long.
Tie a second knot and pull tight. Cut off the smallest piece of wire 2 mm from the knot. Burn the piece of wire with a lighter so that it melts and sticks to the knot. Apply a generous amount of glue to the knot. Close the knot cover over the knot.
