Step 1 :
Cut 2 Ribbon pieces. The length may vary due to the diameter of the hat.

Step 2 :
Cut 1 piece of this weaved ribbon at the same length then the ribbon piece.

Step 3 :
Fix with glue the feather at the middle of the ribbon.

Step 4 :
Return the ribbon and fix with glue the shells above.

Step 5 :
Still with glue, fix the ribbons to the hat.
