Fuchsia hat with ribbon , shell and feathers

Step 1:
Cut 2 pieces of ribbon. The length of the ribbon will depend on the size of the hat.

Step 2:
Cut 1 piece of woven ribbon the same length as the ribbon pieces.

Step 3:
Glue the feathers in the middle of the ribbon.

Step 4:
Turn the ribbon over and glue the shells to it.

Step 5:
Glue the ribbons to the hat.
