How do I make Vegan soap with coffee beans?
Thanks to our microwave-meltable soap bars, soap creation is now within everyone's reach. Create your own soap in less than 30 minutes, and use it immediately after a quick trip to the fridge. If you're looking for a last-minute DIY gift idea, creating personalized soaps sounds like a good idea. The soap used is free from animal ingredients and not tested on animals. This Vegan soap is also dermo-protective.
This cosmetic DIY is very easy to make, but be careful not to burn yourself with the soap when it comes out of the microwave!
You can include anything you like. Coffee and certain plants (especially fresh flowers) will tend to diffuse into the soap and rub off, but it can also be very aesthetic. You can also add soap glitter, soapcolorant and perfume, or customize your soaps with a "handmade" stamp. A low-cost DIY idea that's sure to please.
Here you can make two soaps using coffee beans and coffee grounds. Coffee grounds are a great natural exfoliant, and coffee is perfect for a wake-up shower!

Place the mold on a tray that fits into the fridge. Pour 1 cm of soap base into the molds and add the coffee beans. You can add the coffee grounds in the next step. This step is necessary because the coffee beans float. Remove bubbles with a toothpick. Wait for the soap to solidify.
Add a good quantity of soap lumps to the bowl and melt them again; they can be melted several times in the microwave. Add the coffee grounds. Pour the melted soap into the molds and stir in the coffee grounds with a toothpick until the appearance suits you. Use the tray to place the mold in the fridge.
Wait 30 minutes and unmold the soaps. You can scrape the edges of the soap with a polymer clay cutter blade once unmolded.
