This disc cutter features 7 hardened steel punches. These are templates for cutting round shapes of different dimensions: 6 mm, 6.9 mm, 9.1 mm, 10.8 mm, 12.1 mm, 13.7 mm and 15.5 mm.
It cuts metal sheets up to 1 mm thick.
How do I cut a circle in metal?
- Pass your metal plate through the slot in the block, after removing all the dies.
- Position the cylinder of your choice (for a 6 mm diameter circle, use the appropriate cylinder).
- Tap the cylinder with a hammer (several times) to obtain your circle.
