Je sais que je l'ai acheté il y a presque 1 an mais comme je vous le disais, je l'ai peu porté et il n'a pas été en contact avec de l'humidité. Ce n'est pas normal pour un rhodié. Je trouve ce serti de très mauvaise qualité. Dommage!

Après avoir été porté très peu de temps, le laiton réapparaît sur ce pendentif , il a donc une couleur cuivrée au dos. Le cabochon étant collé; il est impossible de le récupérer.

Bonjour, je suis navrés pour ce désagrément. Malheureusement votre commande date de février 2019, il est trop tard pour prendre en compte votre réclamation. Je vous conseille d'éviter de conserver vos produits en laiton dans une pièce humide et d'éviter le contact avec l'eau afin qu'il ne s'oxyde pas.
