Complétement daccord avec Luz, crochets de piètre qualité en terme de finition, ils sont blessant, le ressort à un bout de fil qui est mal coupé sur quasi la moitié du lot. Je n'en reprendrai pas, je m'attendais à mieux pour des crochets argent 925. Certains se brisent ou voulant les remettre droit car en plus il y a des tordus dans le lot. Je ne conseille pas ces crochets ou il faut vraiment revoir la qualité. ( 2 lots achetés et les deux étaient pareils)

L'argent étant malléable, c'est surprenant que ces crochets se cassent, vous serait-il possible d'envoyer des photos à notre service client afin que l'on puisse faire à nouveau remonter l'information à notre fournisseur et vous dédommager.

Il faut améliorer la qualité des finitions, car plus de la moitié avait des fils pointus qui font très mal aux doigts (le fil autour du crochet), alors j'ai été obligé à couper/limer pour pouvoir leur utiliser pour des BO sans danger pour les enfants filles.

Pour l'instant rien à redire sur la qualité et l'apparence, seulement un petit bémol car dans le lot, j'en ai trouvé deux ou trois tordues, ou abimées et donc inutilisables.
