These beautiful jewelry components have the aged look of vintage pieces that have developed their patina over time. However, they are produced from new brass pieces made in the United States. The process used to develop this color is done without chemicals and they are nickel free. Because they are made from natural raw brass each piece develops its own unique look. The colors they radiate range from rich shades of deep golden brown to a darker brown. The pieces will slowly continue to patina with time. If you wish to keep the pieces the same as when you receive them, seal them with a little paste wax to protect the color.
Brass is a softer metal and can be manipulated with the careful use of round and flat nose pliers.
