Discover this set of 4 manual bead reamers with diamond tip to enlarge and unblock bead holes and adjust irregular holes.
These diamond-tipped reamers are designed for use on freshwater beads, ceramic, or natural stone (be sure to check the hardness of your stone on the Mohs scale).
The red- and yellow-handled reamers are perfect for opening and enlarging holes in beads, while the green and blue ones are ideal for smoothing rough edges to prevent them from cutting the threads.
This assortment of hand reamers will quickly become a must-have in your workshop.
How do you enlarge a bead’s hole?
Simply insert the fine tip into the bead’s hole, then use a combination of rotating and back-and-forth motions until you achieve the desired hole width. The bead will expand as you file it.
Be sure to apply only slow, gentle pressure to avoid breaking or chipping your beads.
