Who is Powdery Rose?

Your journey in creation and bullet bullet in a few words

• I started creative hobbies in 2014, and I touched several areas such as Fimo, scrapbooking ... Today I do bullet bullet since September 2017 and the illustration and calligraphy since July 2017. As much to say that I really like to touch everything but I think today have found the areas that correspond to me the most, ie illustration, calligraphy, all in my bullet bullet.

Why powdery pink

• I always liked the pink, pale, fuchsia, sweet is my color. And when I had to choose a nickname I thought of this word in particular, add powder was naturally after several other tests. In addition to that, I did not want a pseudo that does not enclose me in a particular area, Rose Powder is a nickname that corresponds to any type of universe.

What you love above all

• Unsurprisingly, I will answer everything related to art, especially architecture and illustration, but there are also series, music, concerts, chocolate, and traveling.

What would you bring to a desert island so you do not get bored

• My graphics tablet, it is magic there is both Netflix and my drawing software on it, the perfect thing!

What do you have an addiction totally crazy and disproportionate but fully assumed

• Stationery is something I love above all else, I rarely manage to resist pretty notebooks, pens of all colors, patterned papers, even if in the end I store them and do not do not use them (I can soon think of opening my shop so I accumulate!)

The creature you are most proud of

• This is an illustration I made of Frida Kahlo, an artist I find very charismatic and I never dared to draw it, so much I was afraid to miss it, not to make it as beautiful as I see, but this summer I started and after several hours of work, I am very proud of my achievement.

Your favorite creative technique

• I can not choose one, I relax as much by doing watercolor, digital drawing and calligraphy, it depends on my desires.

Your favorite color panel

• All pastel colors, but I often turn to pastel pink.

The tool you can not live without

• The black gel pen, you can do so much with this little tool, it serves me for everything: as much in my architectural studies as in my bullet journal or my drawings.

Your secret little trick

• Me ! Yes it's weird as an answer but when I draw and I can not draw the pose I want I take a picture in this pose and I visualize much easier what I want to do.

Your favorite source of inspiration

• Trends in decorations, these are trends that I am very close and that inspire me in particular in relation to associations of colors that I could reuse in my illustrations or in my bullet journal.

Your favorite proverb or saying

• This is a quote that I see every morning when I get up: "There is no shame in being honest, there is no shame in being vulnerable, the beauty of being humans"
  Trad: I realized that there is no shame in being honest, there is no shame in being vulnerable, it is the beauty of the human being.

Your current projects

• At the time when I'm doing this interview, it's the end of the summer holidays, I'm working on the new collection of my shop before taking lessons, which will take me a lot of time and therefore less time for big projects.

A tip for beginners? The dumpling not to do?

• Perseverance, whatever you undertake perseverance and passion will make you advanced. And the thing not to do is to imagine being able to do things because others know how to do it, your style, your level is such that it represents you and if at first it does not suit you you will see that by dint of learning, everything will follow.
