A new clay has just been released: Prometheus Sunny Clay.
(Adds a golden effect to your creations.)
It’s just as easy to use as the brand’s other clays.
Step 1: Place the dry piece on a stainless steel rack, then put it in the cold oven. Raise the temperature to 500°C (932°F) and let it fire for 15 minutes. Then, place the piece on a fireproof surface and let it cool.
Phase 2: Fire it in Phase 2 at 820 °C for 30 minutes, still in activated coconut charcoal.
At the end of the firing, let the piece cool in the kiln or carefully remove it and let it cool on a heat-insulated surface until it is cool enough to handle.
Prometheus Sunny Bronze clay makes it very easy to create all kinds of pieces or sculptures.
The clay can be rolled out, shaped, carved, incised, or cut...
During firing, the binder in the clay burns away, leaving behind a solid piece of pure bronze. You can create jewelry, jewelry components, or custom tools.
(Firing with a blowtorch is not recommended)
