Pearl Ex pigments may be incorporated into any viscous (slightly thick) medium such as paint, varnish, glue or paste to produce a pearlescent or metallic luster. They may also be brushed on dry and then sealed or rubbed on top of a tack surface, such as clay and plasticine.
Used in the book Tout sur...les bijoux en pâte en polymère by Sophie Arzalier. Better with two layers of varnish.
