Contest rules : Valentine's Day contest

Organizing company: Perles & Co, a limited liability company with a capital of 105,000 euros, registered in the Albi trade and companies registertés d'Albi sous le numéro 453 605 933, sise 25 rue Henri Moissan - 81 000 ALBI, hereinafter referred to as the " Organizer ".
Article 1. Name of the Contest
The present rules (hereinafter the " Rules ") govern the competition entitled [Saint-Valentin 2026 Competition].
Article 2. Course of the Contest
Opening of entries: 07/02/2026 at 09:00 a.m.
Closing of entries: 08/02/2026 at 11:59pm
Participation is open to Metropolitan France.
Announcement of winners: winners will receive a private message via social networks on Monday, February 9, 2026.
All times are to be understood as those of the Paris time zone (France).
The Organizer reserves the right to terminate or modify the duration of the Contest in the event of circumstances beyond its control (including fraud, technical failures, force majeure, etc.), without incurring any liability as a result.
Article 3. Conditions of participation
Participation in the Contest is exclusively reserved for natural persons of legal age and legal entities residing in metropolitan France. Only one entry per person will be considered for the entire duration of the contest (e.g.: same pseudonym, same first and last name and/or same company name and/or e-mail address). Any costs incurred to participate in the Contest are the responsibility of the participant.
All participants agree to provide proof of the accuracy of the personal data entered in the registration form, upon request by the Organizer, failing which their participation will be null and void.
Article 4. How to enter
Each participant must meet all of the following conditions: subscribe to our Instagram or Facebook account, like the Instagram or Facebook post of the competition, identify a person in a comment under the Instagram or Facebook post and share the post in a story.
Article 5. Acceptance of the Rules
Participants declare that they have read and understood the Rules, which are posted on the Perles & Co website and are available on request from the organizer. Any violation of the Rules will result in exclusion from the Contest and the cancellation of participation and the awarding of prizes.
Article 6. Prizes awarded
The Organizer is offering the prizes listed below. The prizes awarded to the winners are personal and may not be passed on to a third party. They may not be contested or exchanged for their cash value or for any other consideration. The Organizer reserves the right, in the event of circumstances beyond its control or, more generally, for any reason whatsoever, to modify the prize and replace it with a prize of comparable value, without being held liable in this respect.

Lot 1:

Lot 2:
- 1 Mes bijoux DIY - Kit Collier bijoux Coeurs en Acier Inoxydable Doré charms.
The prize is personal, non-transferable and may not be awarded or transferred to a third party or parties.
Article 7. Designation of the winner
Perles & Co will contact the winners by private message on social networks no later than 7 days after participation in the game.
Please note that if the person does not reply to the message or e-mail within 7 days, we will be obliged to cancel their participation and their prize. A new winner will then be selected.
Article 8. Methods of awarding prizes
The Organizer will determine at its discretion the means by which the prize will be delivered to the winner.
Article 9. Communication
By accepting their prizes, the winners authorize the Organizer to communicate their first name, the first letter of their surname, company name and town in any communication medium relating to the Contest.for a maximum period of three (3) years, without this use giving rise to any right to compensation for the winners in addition to the prizes awarded.
Article 10. Liability
The sole obligation of the Organizer is to organize the Contest and deliver the prize to the designated winner in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the Rules. Consequently, participants acknowledge that the Organizer may not be held liable, in any capacity and on any grounds whatsoever, in the event of events such as technical problems or hacking of any kind. Likewise, the Organizer may not be held liable for any prejudice suffered as a result of the cancellation of the Contest, the modification of the Rules, or the acceptance and/or use of the prize awarded. The Organizer also declines all liability in the event of a breach attributable to a partner of the Contest.
Article 11. Consultation and modification of the Rules
The Rules are available for consultation throughout the duration of the Contest on the perlesandco.com website.
The Organizer reserves the right, if circumstances so require, to modify, add to, extend, suspend, cancel or postpone all or part of the Contest, without prior notice and without any compensation.notice, without any right to compensation or liability. Any changes to the terms and conditions of the Contest will be published in the rules available online at perlesandco.com .
Article 12. Processing of personal data
All information communicated by participants is intended solely for the Organizer, which is responsible for processing it.
The information collected may be subject to computerized processing with the possible aim of selecting or deciding the winner by means of a draw.
Each participant may exercise his/her right to access, withdraw and rectify personal information concerning him/her by sending a request to this effect to the Organizer, by e-mail to the following address: [email protected]
Article 13. Intellectual property rights
All intellectual property rights (trademarks, designs, etc.) mentioned or represented in the context of the Contest are the exclusive property of the persons who registered them. Any reproduction, representation or copy, even partial, of these rights or of the object of these rights is forbidden and exposes any offender to legal proceedings.
Article 14. Disputes, applicable law and jurisdiction
The Rules are governed by French law.
Any dispute or claim in connection with the Contest must be submitted in writing to the Organizer by mail with return receipt requested sent to its registered office no later than ten (10) calendar days after the Contest closes.
The Organizer is solely competent for the interpretation, implementation or execution of the Rules, and any difficulty regarding the application of the Rules will be subject to the sovereign interpretation of the Organizer. Participants and the Organizer undertake to attempt to resolve amicably any dispute arising in connection with the Contest.
Should this attempt at amicable resolution fail, the dispute will be submitted to the competent jurisdiction of Albi (Tarn).
