Contest rules : Le Calendrier de l'Avent Perles & Co 2025

From 01/12/25 to 25/12/25

Organizing company: Perles & Co, a limited liability company with capital of 105,000 euros, registered in the Albi trade and companies registertés d'Albi sous le numéro 453 605 933, sise 25 rue Henri Moissan - 81000 ALBI, hereinafter referred to as the " Organizer ".

Article 1. Name of the Contest

The present rules (hereinafter the " Rules ") govern the competition entitled [Le Calendrier de l'Avent Perles & Co 2025].

Article 2. Course of the Contest

Opening of entries: 01/12/2025 at 9:00 a.m.

Closing date for entries: 25/12/2025 at 11:59pm

Participation is open to all residents of the European Union (excluding French overseas departments and territories)*.

Participation is open internationally only for the prizes on Wednesdays December 3, 10, 17 and 24, 2025.

Announcement of winners: winners will receive an e-mail the day after their entry, except for Friday and Saturday, when winners will be notified the following Monday.

All times are to be understood as those of the Paris time zone (France).

The Organizer reserves the right to terminate or modify the duration of the Contest in the event of circumstances beyond its control (including fraud, technical failures, force majeure, etc.), without incurring any liability as a result .

* Due to requirements associated with customs procedures, such as the value of goods, invoicing, and customs declarations, as well as processing fees and customs duties ; participation in the competition is restricted to residents of metropolitan France (excluding French overseas departments (DOM-TOM)) and European Union (EU) member countries.

Article 3. Conditions of participation

Participation in the Contest is exclusively reserved for natural persons of legal age and legal entities residing in the European Union (excluding French overseas departments and territories), with the exceptions set out in Article 2 concerning international participation. Only one entry per person and per day will be considered for the entire duration of the game (e.g.: same first and last name and/or same company name and/or e-mail address). Any costs incurred to participate in the Contest are the responsibility of the participant.

All participants agree to provide proof of the veracity of their personal data entered in the registration form upon request by the Organizer, failing which their participation will be null and void.

Article 4. How to register

The registration form is available online at the entrance to the game. Each participant must complete all mandatory fields in the registration form and submit it in his/her own name, failing which his/her participation will be null and void.

Article 5. Acceptance of the Rules

Participants declare that they have read and understood the Rules, it being understood that in any event, submission of a registration form implies unreserved acceptance of all the aforementioned Rules. Any violation of the Rules will result in exclusion from the Contest, as well as the cancellation of participation and the awarding of prizes.

Article 6. Prizes awarded

The prizes awarded to the winners are personal and may not be passed on to a third party. They may not be contested or exchanged for their cash value or for any other consideration. The Organizer reserves the right, in the event of circumstances beyond its control or, more generally, for any reason whatsoever, to modify the prize and replace it with a prize of comparable value, without being held liable in this respect.

Article 7. Designation of winners

Perles & Co will contact the winners directly on the e-mail address provided in the form no later than 7 days after participation in the game.

Winners will receive an e-mail the day after their participation, except for Friday and Saturday, when winners will be informed the following Monday.

There may be one or more prizes to be won per day, and therefore one or more winners per day. A total of 80 prizes will be awarded over the course of the competition.

Only participants who have completed the electronic form in accordance with the present rules will be able to play. Only participants who have won will be notified by e-mail.

Please note that any details not complying with the conditions of participation set out in article 3 of these rules will lead to the cancellation of the entry and therefore of the prize. A new winner will then be selected.

Article 8. Methods of awarding prizes

The Organizer will determine at its discretion the means by which the prizes will be delivered to the winners. The cost of shipping the prize will be borne by the Organizer. However, if the Winner refuses the prize, the cost of returning the prize will be borne by the Winner.

When the prize is delivered by the postal services or a carrier, the Organizer cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery or damage to the prize.

It is the winner's responsibility to check that the prize has not suffered any damage (packaging or the prize itself) as a result of transport, when signing the receipt for the prize (except when sent by green post).

Article 9. Communication

By accepting their prizes, the winners authorize the Organizer to communicate their first name, the first letter of their surname, company name and town in any communication media relating to the Contest for the purpose of promoting the Contest.for a maximum period of three (3) years, without this use giving rise to any right to compensation for the winners in addition to the prizes awarded.

Article 10. Liability

The sole obligation of the Organizer is to organize the Contest and to award the prizes to the designated winners in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the Rules. Consequently, participants acknowledge that the Organizer may not be held liable, in any capacity and on any grounds whatsoever, in the event of events such as technical problems or hacking of any kind. Likewise, the Organizer may not be held liable for any prejudice suffered as a result of the cancellation of the Contest, the modification of the Rules, or the acceptance and/or use of the prize awarded. The Organizer also declines all liability in the event of a breach attributable to a partner of the Contest.

Article 11. Consultation and modification of the Rules

The Rules are available and can be consulted throughout the duration of the Contest on the Rules button at the top left of the game.

The Organizer reserves the right, if circumstances so require, to modify, add to, extend, suspend, cancel or postpone all or part of the Game-Contest, without prior notice and without any compensation.notice, without any right to compensation or liability. Modifications to the terms and conditions of the Game-Contest will be published on the Rules button at the top left of the game.

Article 12. Processing of personal data

All information provided by participants is intended solely for the Organizer, which is responsible for processing it. However, this information may be transmitted to the Organizer's partners for commercial prospecting purposes if the participant has given his/her consent by checking the appropriate box.

The information collected may be subject to computerized processing with the possible aim of selecting or deciding between the winners by means of a prize draw.

The information collected may also be used to send newsletters to participants who have given their consent by checking the appropriate box.

Each participant may exercise his/her right to access, withdraw and rectify personal information concerning him/her by sending a request to the Organizer, by e-mail to the following address: [email protected]

Article 13. Intellectual property rights

All intellectual property rights (trademarks, designs, etc.) mentioned or represented in the context of the Contest are the exclusive property of the persons who registered them. Any reproduction, representation or copy, even partial, of these rights or of the object of these rights is forbidden and exposes any offender to legal proceedings.

Article 14. Disputes, applicable law and jurisdiction

The Rules are governed by French law.

Any dispute or claim in connection with the Contest must be submitted in writing to the Organizer by mail with return receipt requested sent to its registered office no later than ten (10) calendar days after the Contest closes.

The Organizer is solely competent for the interpretation, implementation or execution of the Rules, and any difficulty regarding the application of the Rules will be subject to the sovereign interpretation of the Organizer. Participants and the Organizer undertake to attempt to resolve amicably any dispute arising in connection with the Contest.

Should this attempt at amicable resolution fail, the dispute will be submitted to the competent jurisdiction of Albi (Tarn).
