From June 15, 2026, to June 19, 2026
Organizer: Perles & Co, a French limited liability company (SARL) with a share capital of €105,000, registered with the Trade and Companies Register of Albi under number 453 605 933, with its registered office at 25 Rue Henri Moissan, 81000 Albi, France, hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer."
These Contest Rules (hereinafter referred to as the "Rules") govern the Perles & Co 22nd Anniversary Contest.
Opening of entries: June 15, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. (Paris time)
Closing of entries: June 19, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. (Paris time)
Participation is open to residents of the European Union (excluding the French overseas departments and territories)* for the physical prizes.
Participation is open worldwide for the €50 gift vouchers.
Winner announcement: Winners will receive an email on Monday, June 22, 2026, informing them of their prize.
All times stated in these Rules refer to the Paris (France) time zone.
The Organizer reserves the right to terminate the Contest or modify its duration in the event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control (including, but not limited to, fraud, technical failures, force majeure, etc.) without incurring any liability.
* Due to customs requirements, including the value of goods, invoicing, customs declarations, handling fees, and customs duties, participation in the Contest for the physical prizes is limited to residents of mainland France (excluding the French overseas departments and territories) and member states of the European Union.

Only one entry per person will be accepted throughout the Contest period (e.g. same first and last name, and/or company name, and/or email address).
Any costs incurred in participating in the Contest shall be borne by the participant.
Participants agree, upon request by the Organizer, to provide proof of the accuracy of the personal information submitted in the registration form. Failure to do so may result in the invalidation of their entry.
The registration form is available online on the Contest page by clicking the "Enter Me" button.
Each participant must complete all mandatory fields of the registration form and submit it in their own name. Failure to comply will result in the entry being declared invalid.
By submitting the registration form, participants acknowledge that they have read and unconditionally accepted these Rules.
Any breach of these Rules will result in disqualification from the Contest and the cancellation of both the entry and any prize awarded.
The Organizer offers the following prizes as part of the Contest.
Prizes are allocated at random between the physical prizes and the gift vouchers.
Prizes awarded to winners are personal and non-transferable. They may not be challenged, exchanged for cash, or substituted for any other form of compensation.
Should circumstances beyond the Organizer's control require it, or for any other reason whatsoever, the Organizer reserves the right to replace any prize with another prize of equivalent value, without incurring any liability.

Perles & Co will contact the winners directly using the email address provided in the registration form no later than seven (7) days after their participation.
Winners will be notified of their prize on Monday, June 22, 2026.
Prizes will be allocated randomly between the physical prizes and the gift vouchers.
Only participants who have correctly completed and submitted the online registration form in accordance with these Rules will be eligible to participate.
Only the winners will be notified by email.
Please note that if the contact details provided do not comply with the eligibility requirements set out in Article 3 of these Rules, the entry and any prize awarded will be cancelled, and another winner will be selected.
The Organizer shall determine, at its sole discretion, the method by which prizes will be delivered to the winners.
Shipping costs for the prizes shall be borne by the Organizer. However, should a winner refuse to accept a prize, any return shipping costs shall be borne by that winner.
Where prizes are delivered by postal services or by a carrier, the Organizer cannot be held liable for any delay in delivery or any damage occurring during transport.
Upon receipt of the prize (except where delivered by standard letter post), the winner is responsible for checking that neither the packaging nor the prize itself has been damaged during transportation before signing the delivery receipt.
By accepting their prize, winners authorize the Organizer to publish their first name, the initial of their surname, their company name (where applicable), and their city of residence in any communication relating to the Contest for a maximum period of three (3) years, without being entitled to any additional compensation beyond the prize awarded.
The Organizer's sole obligation is to organize the Contest and award the prizes to the selected winners in accordance with these Rules.
Accordingly, participants acknowledge that the Organizer shall not be held liable under any circumstances for events such as technical issues, hacking, or any other similar incidents.
Likewise, the Organizer shall not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from the cancellation of the Contest, any amendment to these Rules, or the acceptance and/or use of any prize awarded.
The Organizer also disclaims all liability for any failure or default attributable to any partner involved in the Contest.

The Organizer reserves the right, should circumstances require, to amend, supplement, extend, suspend, cancel or postpone all or part of the Contest at any time, without prior notice and without any entitlement to compensation or liability.
Any amendments to the Contest Rules will be published on the "Contest Rules" page accessible from the Contest.
All information provided by participants is collected solely by the Organizer, acting as the data controller.
However, this information may be shared with the Organizer's partners for marketing purposes where the participant has given their consent by ticking the relevant checkbox.
The information collected may be processed electronically for the purpose of selecting winners or conducting the prize draw.
It may also be used to send newsletters to participants who have expressly consented by ticking the relevant checkbox.
Each participant has the right to access, withdraw, and rectify their personal data by submitting a request to the Organizer by email at:
All intellectual property rights (including trademarks, designs, models, and other protected rights) referred to or displayed in connection with the Contest remain the exclusive property of their respective owners.
Any reproduction, representation, or copying, whether in whole or in part, of such rights or the subject matter protected by them is strictly prohibited and may result in legal proceedings.
These Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with French law.
Any complaint or claim relating to the Contest must be submitted in writing to the Organizer by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt, sent to its registered office no later than ten (10) calendar days after the closing date of the Contest.
The Organizer shall have sole authority to interpret and implement these Rules, and any issue relating to their application shall be subject to the Organizer's final interpretation.
The participants and the Organizer agree to make every reasonable effort to resolve amicably any dispute arising in connection with the Contest.
Should no amicable settlement be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Albi (Tarn), France.
