You to choose the thickness of the dough (9 different thicknesses the 9 being the thickest).
Note that the thickness may vary from 2 mm to 0.4 mm.

Always clean it before use.
Do not wash it in washing machine or with detergent products.
Do not use cutting tools or blades to remove clay wastes in the machine.

WARNING :
The rollers may have imperfections: scratches, shards.
You will have to re-smooth the clay once out of the rolls with an acrylic roller such as THIS ONE.
