Bonjour
Vraiment désolée mais la qualité de ces dormeuses est à vérifier. Elles sont très belle, mais la fermeture est un réel problème. Après deux à trois essais d'ouverture elles se bloquent. Idem en doré...Je vous les retourne . Vérifier avec essai sur plusieurs paires.

Bonjour, je suis désolé effectivement, après 2 ou 3 ouverture/fermeture le levier devient dur à actionner... sans se bloquer définitivement. Nous faisons remonter le problème au fournisseur.
