Bonjour,

J'ai commandé ce cordon en bleu nuit et en noir et j'ai reçu les 2 enroulés et noués par un noeud. Le problème, c'est lorsque l'on défait le noeud, les cordons ne reprennent pas leur forme si bien que vous perdez presque 10 cm sur chaque. J'ai essayé de les fixer à chaque extrémité pour les tendre mais sans résultats.
Il faudrait dire aux préparateurs de commandes de ne pas faire ça car ce n'est pas la première fois, merci.

La couleur est très foncée, presque noire (pas bleu comme indiqué). Je rejoins l'avis précédent, SVP ne faites pas des nœuds , on perd une quantité considérable car il faut couper le morceau tordu... Sinon la qualité est au rendez-vous. merci

Bonjour, il s'agit d'un bleu nuit comme indiqué dans la fiche produit. La photo correspond bien à la couleur de notre stock. Concernant les nœuds, ce ne sont pas nos préparateurs, le cordon est enroulé par notre fournisseur et conditionné dans un sachet. Nous avons vérifié notre stock actuel, aucun sachet n'a de nœud.
