Contest Rules: Back to Craft — Ma Petite Mercerie x Perles & Co

Organizing Companies: Perles & Co,a limited liability company with capital of 105,000 euros, registered with the Albi Trade and Companies Register under number 453 605 933, located at 25 rue Henri Moissan - 81 000 ALBI, and Petite Mercerie & Co, a simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with a capital of 10,000 euros, registered with the Albi Trade and Companies Register under number 994 666 667, located at 25 rue Henri Moissan - 81 000 ALBI, hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Organizers.”
Article 1. Name of the Contest
These rules (hereinafter the “Rules” ) are intended to govern the Contest entitled [Creative Back-to-School — Ma Petite Mercerie x Perles & Co].
Article 2. Contest Procedures
Registration opens: September 7, 2026, at 9:00 a.m.
Registration closes: September 11, 2026, at 11:59 p.m.
Participation is open to entrants worldwide.
The Contest consists of two parts: participants complete the registration form, then access the Memory game available on the website. To qualify for the drawing, participants must match all 8 pairs in the Memory game within the time limit set for the Contest.
Random drawing: Monday, September 14, 2026, from among all qualified participants.
Announcement of winners: Winners will receive an email on Monday, September 14, 2026, notifying them of their win.
All times are in the Paris (France) time zone.
The Organizers reserve the right to terminate the Contest or modify its duration in the event of circumstances beyond their control (including fraud, technical failures, force majeure, etc.), without incurring any liability as a result.
Article 3. Conditions of Participation
Participation in the Contest is open internationally and is exclusively reserved for natural persons of legal age as well as all legal entities.
Only one entry per person will be accepted for the entire duration of the Contest (e.g., same first and last name and/or same business name and/or email address). Any costs associated with participating in the Contest are the responsibility of the participant.
All participants agree to provide proof, upon request by the Organizers, of the accuracy of the personal information provided in the registration form; failure to do so will result in the disqualification of their entry.
Article 4. Registration and Eligibility Requirements
The registration form is available online at the game’s entry page. Each participant must complete all required fields on the registration form and submit it in their own name; failure to do so will result in the invalidation of their entry.
Once the form is completed, the participant gains access to the Memory game. Qualification for the drawing is only granted once the participant has matched all 8 pairs presented in the game, before the contest’s closing date specified in Article 2.
Any participant who has completed the registration form without having matched all 8 pairs in the Memory game will not be eligible for the drawing.
Article 5. Acceptance of the Rules
Participants declare that they have read the Rules, it being understood that, in any event, submission of a registration form constitutes unreserved acceptance of all of the aforementioned Rules. Any violation of the Rules will result in exclusion from the Contest as well as the cancellation of participation and the awarding of prizes.
Article 6. Prizes
Through this Contest, the Organizers are offering the prizes listed below. Prizes awarded to winners are personal and may not be transferred to a third party. They may not be contested in any way, nor may they be exchanged for their cash value or any other form of compensation. The Organizers reserve the right, if circumstances beyond their control so require or, more generally, for any reason whatsoever, to modify the prize and replace it with a prize of comparable value, without incurring any liability in this regard.

Each winner receives both gift certificates (Beads & Co and Ma Petite Mercerie).
*The gift certificate is non-transferable, non-commercial, linked to an email address, and may not be assigned or transferred to any third party.
Article 7. Selection of Winners
The Organizers will contact the winners directly via the email address provided on the entry form no later than 7 days after the contest closes.
The 3 winners will be selected by random drawing on Monday, September 14, 2026, from among all eligible participants—that is, those who completed the registration form and matched all 8 pairs in the Memory game within the allotted time.
Only participants who qualify in accordance with Article 4 will be eligible for the drawing. Only winners will be notified by email.
Please note that any contact information that does not meet the eligibility requirements set forth in Article 3 of these rules will result in the cancellation of the entry and the prize. A new winner will then be selected.
Article 8. Prize Delivery Procedures
The gift cards will be sent to the winners via email, under the conditions specified in Article 7.
Article 9. Disclosure
By accepting their prizes, winners authorize the Organizers to publish their first name, the first letter of their last name, company name, and city in any communication medium referring to the Contest for a maximum period of three (3) years, without such use entitling the winners to any compensation beyond the prizes awarded.
Article 10. Liability
The Organizers’ sole obligation is to organize the Contest and to award the prizes to the designated winners in accordance with the terms set forth in the Rules. Consequently, participants acknowledge that the Organizers cannot be held liable, under any circumstances or on any grounds whatsoever, in the event of incidents such as technical issues or hacking of any kind. Similarly, the Organizers shall not be held liable for any damages that may be incurred as a result of the cancellation of the Contest, any amendment to the Rules, or the acceptance and/or use of the awarded prize.
Article 11. Accessing and Amending the Rules
The Rules are available and may be viewed throughout the duration of the Contest by clicking the “Contest Rules” button.
The Organizers reserve the right, if circumstances require, to amend, supplement, extend, suspend, cancel, or postpone all or part of the Contest without prior notice, without any claim for compensation arising therefrom, and without the Organizers being held liable as a result.
Article 12. Processing of Personal Data
All information provided by participants is intended for the Organizers, who are jointly responsible for processing it for the purposes of the Contest. However, this information may be shared with the Organizers’ partners for marketing purposes if the participant has given their consent by checking the corresponding box.
The information collected may be processed electronically for the purpose of selecting or determining the winners through a random drawing.
The information collected may also be used to send newsletters to participants who have given their consent by checking the relevant box, specific to each brand.
Each participant may exercise their right to access, withdraw, or correct their personal information by submitting a request to that effect via email to [email protected] or [email protected].
Article 13. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights (trademarks, designs, etc.) mentioned or depicted in connection with the Contest are the exclusive property of their respective owners. Any reproduction, representation, or copying—even partial—of these rights or the subject matter of these rights is prohibited and may result in legal action against any violator.
Article 14. Disputes, Governing Law, and Jurisdiction
These Rules are governed by French law.
Any dispute or claim related to the Contest must be submitted in writing to the Organizers by mail with return receipt requested, addressed to the corporate headquarters of Perles & Co no later than ten (10) calendar days after the Contest closes.
The Organizers have sole authority to interpret, implement, or enforce these Rules, and any difficulty regarding the application of these Rules shall be subject to the Organizers’ sole discretion. Participants and the Organizers agree to attempt to resolve amicably any dispute that may arise in connection with the Contest.
If this attempt at amicable resolution fails, as acknowledged by both parties, the dispute will be submitted to the competent court in Albi (Tarn).
