This manual bead reamer with its wooden handle is very useful as a tool for drilling gemstones. Its fine diamond tip will allow you to enlarge the hole of pearls, unblock holes of handmade pearls or adjust irregular holes.
You can use it for gemstone pearls or freshwater pearls (pay attention to the hardness of your stone on the Mohs scale).
Be careful, the bead reamer will not be effective with glass or metal beads.
How to enlarge the hole of a bead?
Simply insert the fine tip into the hole of the bead, then rotate and move back and forth until you get the desired hole width. The bead will enlarge by filing.
