Bonjour,

Je viens de recevoir les sept paires de créoles cuivrées 40cm et j'ai peur de casser les tiges en tirant dessus;
Les attaches sont impossibles à défaire. Une cliente m'en a acheté plusieurs et se plaint de la difficulté à les défaire et donc elle ne peut les porter.
J'ai une autre commande à passer (pour une autre acheteuse ) , comment faire s'il vous plaît?

Bonjour,
En effet il est possible que les papillons soient un peu serrés. Vous pouvez ouvrir les papillons avec une pince bout rond pour faciliter le passage.

Je viens de les recevoir mais il y a un problème avec les fixations. Absolument impossible d'ôter les poussoirs de leur tige même en lubrifiant un peu l'ensemble. Je n'ose pas trop insister de peur que la soudure des tiges cassent à force de tirer.
