Use this activated carbon to embed BRONZclay pieces for firing.

Coconut shell-based carbon produces a light patina color on your pieces.

To prepare the carbon for use, place it inside the container, cover with the lid and fire for 30 minutes at 840°C.

For a more richly colorful patina, try the coal-based acid-washed activated carbon.

Ce charbon de coco est parfait. Permet de cuire la pâte de bronze parfaitement avec presque pas d’oxydation. Tiens en place les petites parties en creux. Ressort en bon état … donc plusieurs utilisations sans soucis.

ceci n'est pas un avis mais une question SVP
j'aimerais connaître le nombre d'utilisations avant de changer le charbon de coco.

Bonjour,
Le nombre d'utilisations du charbon est illimité
On s'en sert jusqu'à ce qu'il se transforme en cendres.
Un conseil, Il faut enlever la cendre entre chaque cuisson (en filtrant le charbon dans une passoire, par exemple).
