This cambering set, comprising 16 bouterolles and a grooved die, is indispensable for metalworking.
The cambering die allows you to forge and shape metal plates in a variety of shapes: triangles, half-rounders and squares. When you need to make half-round or angled profiles, this grooved die will be ideal.
Simply position the metal plate in the hole of the cambering die, then shape with the body of a bouterolle using a mallet or hammer.
This kit contains :
- 16 carbon steel bouterolles to form a metal plate.
- 1 grooved or cambered die
The different shapes of the bouterolles' heads (round, square, triangle) are adapted to the grooved die's cavities.
Caution: Please note that the die has been coated with a greasy substance to prevent rusting during transport. Use a soft cloth to clean it. - 1 practical wooden stand for storage, so you'll always have your tools to hand.
