Très très mécontente, comment ai je fais pour ne pas voir vos avis?
Tous ont cassé ! Le remboursement ok mais cela ne fait pas tout! Quand un produit n’est pas qualitatif c’est mieux de le retirer, nos clientes ne sont pas satisfaite de notre travail, et pourtant nous n’y Sommes pour rien!

Nous sommes désolés pour ce désagrément sur cet article, nous avons fait remonter à nouveau l'information à notre fournisseur en juin et nous avons stoppé le réapprovisionnement sur cet article tant que le fournisseur n'a pas solutionné ce problème.

Pour les cabochons, les pierres les plus ''basiques'' a avoir seraient : la labradorite (avec de beaux reflets bleus), la pierre de lune (reflets bleus si possible), l'àméthsyte, oeil de tigre, apatite, rhodochrosite, rhodonite, howlite, quartz rose, aventurine verte, sodalite, lapis lazuli, malachite, cornaline, les agates.m, grenat, quartz fumé... Voilà ce que je vends le plus comme pierres car elles restent accessibles.

Bour, je suis très satisfaite de cet article que j'achète depuis des années.
La seule chose qui pose problème c'est qu'il n'y a jamais eu de cabochon en pierre gemme en 14mm.
Je dois donc commander ailleurs du coup.

La qualité de ce bracelet n'est pas bonne, le mien a fissuré dès la première semaine. Je ne rachèterai pas ce produit, dommage il était pourtant très élégant.
