To fix your cabochons, strass ... use strong glue.

Je suis assez mitigé sur cette article. Le modèle est ravissant mais la qualité est pas super, j’en ai reçu 2 qui était collé l’une à l’autre et tordu.
On peut facilement l’ouvrir pour des tours de doigts fort mais pour la faire plus petite cela est impossible.
J’ai pris également quelques gemmes cabochons afin de la compléter et je me suis retrouvé avec des gemmes trop petite pour la plate-forme (j’ai pris la taille indiquée)

Bonjour,

Toutes nos excuses pour ce désagrément. Je suis surprise que vous ayez reçu deux bagues collées car elles sont conditionnées dans des sachets à l'unité, avez vous pu prendre une photo? Le placage est-il abîmé ?

Concernant la taille de tour de doigts, elle est recommandée pour les tailles de 52 à 56. 

Au sujet des cabochons, la taille peut varier légèrement, ils sont taillés manuellement. Si ces cabochons ne vous conviennent pas, vous pouvez nous les retourner.
