Bonjour, J’ai acheté cette bague pour y monter sur chaque anneaux des pampilles en perles quartz sur gold filled semi dur . Temps de finir ma créa un des anneaux est devenu te i couleur argent le laiton s'étant estompé . Votre service client peut-il faire quelque chose svp ? Merci .

Le modèle est très joli malheureusement la qualité du placage est décevante.
Un mois après l'achat le placage s'estompe, le service client déplore une mauvaise utilisation de la cliente alors que la bague est retiré avant le lavage des mains et portée uniquement le week-end.

Bonjour, le laiton peut effectivement s'oxyder en fonction de l'acidité de peau de chaque personne. Il faut également éviter le contact avec l'eau et éviter de conserver la bague dans un milieu humide.
