This acrylic paint is pre-mixed with a medium. Fluid and glossy, it is ready to use for pouring.
What is pouring? This method involves pouring liquid paint onto a canvas or other support, allowing the different colors to mix freely. The paint is poured directly onto the canvas.
How to pour:
1. Prepare your workspace. As pouring is a messy manual activity, we recommend that you protect the surface over which you will be working, and that you wear gloves and an apron.
2. Shake the bottle lightly to homogenize the paint.
3. Pour the paint onto the surface.
You can also use a plastic cup with different colors. In this case, turn the cup upside down onto the support.
4. Tilt the support to spread the paint and create unique patterns. You can use spatulas or brushes to direct the paint.
5. Leave to dry flat.
You can add a few drops ofsilicone oil to the paint to encourage movement on the support.
Once you've mastered the pouring technique, you'll be able to create canvases to hang on walls, or various decorative objects such as coasters.
